Paradise Cove is part of Lake Texoma in Northeastern Texas, about an hour drive from Dallas. The area is famous for its resorts and great striped bass fishing with beautiful RV parks that have lakeside campsites. On the south end of Paradise Cove is the Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge, an area popular for wildlife watching and hiking.

Paradise Cove Resort and Campgrounds

Seven miles west of Pottsboro, the Paradise Cove Resort and Campgrounds is a 200-acre wooded campground on the eastern shores of Paradise Cove with 50 RV sites, all with water and electric hook-ups. Each site has a water view of Lake Texoma and Paradise Cove. Other facilities include showers, restrooms, a boat launch ramp, cabins and general store.

Cedar Mills Marina and Resort

Much more than an RV resort, Cedar Mills sits just south of Juniper Point, at the northwest entrance of Paradise Cove. The resort has 25 full hook-up sites and 10 partial hook-up sites that include waterfront campsites. The RV park is within walking distance of the resort's restaurant, Pelican's Landing. The campground facilities include showers, restrooms and laundry facilities. The resort facilities include an airstrip, full service marina and boat ramp. Plenty of beaches, a short nature trail, wildflower gardens, a playground and fishing dock are nice areas to enjoy with the children. For the adventurous, there is a sailing school on site and a fishing guide service.

Big Mineral Resort and Campground

Big Mineral Campground is situated on a small peninsula on the western side of Paradise Cove with more than 100 campsites including full hook-up and partial hook-up sites. Campsites are available with shade trees or on the beaches of Lake Texoma. The facilities include restrooms, showers, a double boat ramp, boat rentals, boat and RV storage, gas dock, snack bar, convenience store, playground and fishing guide service.

Walnut Creek Resort and Marina

Located on the west side of Paradise Cove, two miles north of Gordonville, the Walnut Creek Resort and Marina has 19 RV campsites, four full hook-up sites and 15 with electric and water only. The campground sits on a short peninsula, surrounded by a lake with 10 campsites on the water. There are permanent mobile homes and cabins to rent scattered throughout the resort's campground area as well. The facilities include showers, restrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access, overnight boat slips, ocean kayak rentals, a convenience store and fishing guide service.
