Virginia Beach is a seaside vacation for all outdoor enthusiasts and avid campers. The beach has 28 miles of public shoreline, three miles of boardwalk and numerous fishing piers. Many campgrounds in the surrounding area offer campsites that accommodate RVs.

Virginia Beach KOA offers campsites for RVs, tents and cabins. The camp has amenities, such as full hookups with 50-amp service and a maximum length pull through of 60 feet. Campers can also enjoy the swimming pool, pavilion, free wireless Internet access and laundry facilities. Various activities are available right on-site. A mini-golf course, volleyball court, horseshoes, basketball and bike rentals are available for all campers to enjoy. The KOA staff also offers services to help you plan your trips in the area including deep-sea charter fishing trips and dolphin-watching cruises.

North Landing Beach Campground and RV Resort‎

North Landing Beach Campground is situated right by the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. The camp offers waterfront RV sites with full and partial hook ups with 30/50-amp service. Camp amenities include free wireless Internet connection, picnic shelters, fire rings, playground, swimming pool, private beach and a boat ramp. Campers have easy access to the water for many activities. Guests enjoy recreation, such as water-skiing, knee boarding, canoeing and fishing right on-site. Wooded and shaded tent campsites are also available.

Holiday Trav-L-Park

This 100-acre wooded park accommodates 830 sites with secluded tent sites and spacious RV sites. RV sites have partial or full hookups with 30/50-amp service. Pull-through sites and back-in sites are available. Campers can enjoy many activities within the park. Camp amenities include picnic tables, playgrounds,18-hole miniature golf, basketball and volleyball courts and horseshoes. Walking or bicycling through the beach path and the 1.5-mile boardwalk are just some of the activities to enjoy on-site. Visit local attractions for more fun including the First Landing State Park just nine miles away. Swimming, fishing, boating and crabbing are popular activities between Broad Bay and Linkhorn Bay in the state park.
