Gifford Pinchot State Park
The 2,338-acre Gifford Pinchot State Park is in northern York County. The park is surrounded by wooded hillsides, farm fields and is situated right along Pinchot Lake.
The park has RV sites, tent sites and cottages for rent. RV sites are equipped with electric hookups, picnic areas, grills and bathroom facilities.
Enjoy the park's swimming beach, hiking trails and boat access. Anglers can cast for bass and walleye, and boaters can explore the 340-acre Pinchot Lake.

Keystone State Park
Keystone State Park is in Westmoreland County and is situated by the 78-acre Keystone Lake. Tent sites, RV sites and cabin units all are available within this 1,200-acre park.
The park has two campgrounds that offer 100 tent and trailer campsites from early April to mid-October. The Lakeside Campground is adjacent to Keystone Lake, and the Hillside Campground offers more privacy. Both include amenities such as picnic areas, fire rings, a bathhouse and shower facilities. Electric hookups are available with 20/30/50-amp service.
The park also has a swimming beach, a boat launch, food concessionaire and two pavilions. Activities include fishing, boating, hiking and swimming. Sunbathe and swim at the park's sand beach, open from late-May to mid-September.
Anglers can fish for species such as Northern pike, largemouth bass, tiger muskellunge, black crappie and carp in the lake.

Kettle Creek State Park
Kettle Creek State Park in Clinton County spans 1,793 acres and is surrounded by scenic mountainous terrain. The park has two campgrounds that offer tent and RV camping from April to December.
The Lower Campground has 41 campsites and the Upper Campground has 27 sites. Most campsites are equipped with electric hookups but no water and sewer hookups are available. Each site comes with a picnic table and a fire ring.
Campers can enjoy a wide array of recreation in Kettle Creek State Park. Hiking, biking, swimming, boating and fishing are activities to do during the summer, and cross-country skiing, sledding, snowmobiling and ice fishing are available during the winter months. Anglers can fish for trout and bass at the167-acre Kettle Creek Reservoir.
