Ocean Shores is in Grays Harbor County at the Point Brown Peninsula on Washington's coast. Miles of Pacific sand beaches await visitors and campers in the area. Water activities abound including swimming and boating. Outdoor enthusiasts can also view numerous species of wildlife and marine life while waterfront camping.

Pacific Beach State Park

The 10-acre Pacific Beach State Park offers campers 2,300 feet of ocean shoreline. The park has 64 campsites that accommodate both tent sites and RV sites, including 26 waterfront sites. Other amenities include picnic areas, restroom and shower facilities and electricity hookups. Campfires are allowed on the beach but not on campsites. Activities include wildlife watching, fishing, swimming and beach-combing. Nature enthusiasts may catch glimpses of a variety of wildlife. According to the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission, the park is home to otters, eagles, ravens, gulls, herons, hawks, seabirds, seals and more.

Yesterdays RV Park

Yesterdays RV Park is located just a short walk from the beach and accommodates both tent and RV camping. Camp amenities include RV sites with full hookups, cable TV, shower and restroom facilities, picnic areas and fire rings. Swim and sunbathe during your stay or venture out to many local attractions nearby. The Ocean Shores Interpretive Center is just 5 miles away at the southern tip of the Peninsula. Visit the center to learn more about Ocean Shore's rich marine and wildlife habitat.

Ocean City State Park

Ocean City State Park is a 170-acre camping park right by the ocean beach. Campers can walk along dunes and through thickets of shore pine. The park offers 149 tent sites and 29 RV sites with amenities such as picnic areas and shower facilities. RV sites have full hookups with a maximum site length of 50 feet. Water activities include swimming, ocean kayaking, beach combing and shore fishing. Hiking trails and wildlife viewing are also available in the park. Duck Lake is nearby and offers more recreational opportunities to campers like freshwater fishing, skiing and boating. Nearby Damon Point State Park is at the southern end of the Ocean Shores where you can enjoy bird watching and rock collecting. Ravens, eagles, gulls, hawks, herons, hummingbirds and woodpeckers are just some of the bird species you may encounter in this scenic beach park.
