Alaska Saltwater Lodge

The Alaska Saltwater Lodge is a beachfront lodge on Resurrection Bay. On site at the lodge, you can fish from the beech, hike the many surrounding trails or enjoy the view from one of several common lounging areas.

Space is limited to 24 guests at a time, and most rooms accommodate two people. A balcony with gas grill is provided in each room for cooking your day's catch while it is still fresh.

The lodge also offers fishing charter trips with a focus on salmon and halibut. In addition to traditional day trips, the charter service also provides overnight accommodations aboard some of its fishing vessels, anchored in one of the many surrounding coves. The extra sunlight during the summer months in Alaska means that guest participating in overnight fishing adventures will have a longer opportunity to fish. If you are planning to fish you should bring rain gear, warm clothes and a camera.

The lodge will provide tackle, bait, lures, rods, a guide for obtaining your fishing license and fish-cleaning service.
