Thornhill Campground 1-22
The Thornhill 1-22 is comprised of 22 standard campsites in Point Mugu State Park, near Thornhill Beach, where campers can stay overnight with a minimum of one person and a maximum of eight. Campsites can accommodate RVs, trailers and tents and have paved driveway surfaces that can hold vehicles up to 31 feet in length. Amenities include outside showers, picnic tables and fire rings. A convenience store is located just 12 miles from the park. Close to the campground, you can enjoy shoreline bluffs, rugged hills and beaches. You can also visit the many trails available at Point Mugu State Park for hiking, horseback riding and bicycling.
Thornhill 23-47 and Thornhill 48-68
Thornhill 23-47 and Thornhill 48-68 are two campgrounds with 46 campsites located right next to the Thornhill 1-22 Campground in Point Mugu State Park. You can use the sites for tent, car camping or RV camping. Paved vehicle spaces have a maximum length capacity of 31 feet. Site amenities include outside showers, picnic tables and fire rings.
La Jolla Group
The La Jolla Group Campground is situated adjacent to the Thornhill 48-68 Campground in Point Mugu State Park. Sites are available for group tent use only, with a minimum of 9 and a maximum of 50 campers. As a group, you may have a maximum of 16 vehicles. Site have amenities like picnic tables, BBQ grills, fire rings and restroom facilities.
