Naples, Florida is a mid-size city on the Gulf of Mexico waters off the southwestern coast of Florida. The region is known as the Paradise Coast due to the miles of white sand beaches, swaying palm trees and azure waters. Fishing for tarpon, snook and bonefish is possible in the waters as is kayaking, scuba and snorkeling. Hiking is possible in the region as well as throughout the state, and there are several groups and organizations designed to keep outdoor-minded folks together and enjoying the Florida outdoors.
