In Lisbon, about seven miles south of Rogers, you will find Lock 30 Woodlands RV Resort. As the name suggests, this site provides more than the basics of a place to pitch your tent and a fire pit. You can opt for a simple tent or park your RV and hook up to electric, water even sewage. Rent a condo for greater luxury. Amenities include courts for bocce ball, volleyball and basketball. A large pool and playgrounds may interest the children. The campground provides showers and bathrooms, one set at the pavilion suitable for disabled guests.

For the tourist who likes getting close to wildlife try the relaxed environment at Terrace Lakes, just four miles north of Rogers. Go swimming or fish in two lakes during your stay. Enjoy live music, bingo, even a pot-luck supper where you can form friendships with other campers. Bring your RV for full hook-up or limited services, such as water and electric. Stay in a cabin if you prefer more comfort. Two playgrounds and a game room will keep children busy when nature gets boring. Arrange for daily, weekly or monthly rentals.

Guildford Lake
At the Guildford Lake State Park you can launch a boat up to 10 horsepower and fish for your supper. Bass, bluegill and crappie comprise some of the fish found in the lake, so get yourself a license and toss a line in. Bring an RV or tent and stay up to two weeks at your pad complete with flush toilets, showers and fishing docks. At night watch the stars while catching-up on the day's events around the fire pit. If you plan to stay close, staff loan out some games and sports equipment. Explore the bird and animal life here including redwing blackbirds, meadow larks and white tailed deer. Just take care not to surprise a skunk. Guildford Lake puts you about 10 miles from Rogers.
