Hi Ho RV Park is 20 miles south of downtown Dallas in Glenn Heights, Texas. It offers full hook-up RV sites that include a picnic table and wireless Internet access. Sites are mostly shaded and have a paved or gravel pad. Facility amenities include a camp store, coin-operated Laundromat and dump station as well as modern restrooms, private showers and playground. Cedar Hill State Park is located less then 10 miles to the west and offers 1,200 acres of mountain biking and hiking trails along with fishing access points on the Joe Pool Reservoir.

Sandy Lake RV Resort

Sandy Lake RV Resort is 15 miles northwest of downtown Dallas and only five miles west of the Dallas Airport. It offers full hook-up RV sites with paved pads, cable TV hook-up and wireless Internet access. Facility amenities include a garden picnic area, picnic pavilion and camp store along with modern restrooms with private showers. There is also a coin-operated laundry facility, outdoor swimming pool with patio and trailer storage area. The resort has an on-site hiking trail that loops around the forest area outside of the campsites offering wildlife-viewing opportunities.
