Brooksville, Florida, is a mid-sized community in the southwestern part of the state. Brooksville is flanked by national forests and preserves, making it a prime destination to base-camp for an exploration of the south Florida backcountry. Canoe or kayak in mangrove swamps, hike or watch birds in the Green Swamp or Withlacoochee National Forest. Brooksville has several RV parks and campgrounds to select from and rest up at for the next day's adventure.

Belle Parc

Belle Parc offers a range of amenities along with the RV camping sites. RV sites come with 30- or 50-amp electric, water, sewer, and cable TV connections. Wi-Fi internet is available. Croom State Park, which offers mountain biking trails, is within a thirty-minute drive. Bikers can access the Rails to Trails routes from the campground. Showers, bathrooms fire rings, and barbecue grills are available. A laundry room, guest room, and swimming pool round out the resort amenities. Pets are allowed.

Camper's Holiday offers RV sites for most RV sizes that come with water, sewer, Wi-Fi Internet, cable TV, and 30- or 50-amp electric connections. Pets are welcome if leashed. Holiday Springs RV Resort is in the neighboring community of Spring Hill, a 25-minute drive to the west of Brooksville.
