The City Climbers Club maintains an indoor climbing wall at the 59th Street Field House in New York City. The club offers day passes covering carabiners, harnesses and shoes for visitors familiar with climbing techniques. The Beginners Lesson at City Climbers Club focuses on the fundamentals of climbing, including hand grips, harness safety, and spotting or belaying other climbers. The Technique Lesson teaches climbers to ascend the indoor wall using multiple route grades.
