Beachwood City Park
The Beachwood City Park features an East and West section running along Shaker Boulevard. The East section of Beachwood City Park is intersected by a 1.6-mile gravel trail for biking, walking and running. The West section features a paved mile-long trail running past a 70-foot sledding hill. Travelers gather their friends for barbecues and parties at the park's 50-person shelter. Beachwood City Park is home to mallards, red-eyed blackbirds and other wild birds popular among outdoor enthusiasts.

Beachwood Family Aquatic Center
Travelers enjoy access to the Beachwood Family Aquatic Center as season members and guests of city residents. The aquatic center features five winding slides leading into a swirling vortex of water in the main pool. The Beachwood Family Aquatic Center contains eight 25 m swimming lanes used by swimmers of all experience levels to practice their strokes. Divers refining their forms use the 1 m and 3 m diving boards maintained by the aquatic center. The Beachwood Family Aquatic Center offers a dining area plus multiple shaded spaces for post-swim relaxation.

Skiers, cyclists and snowboarders flock to Geiger's Ski & Sport Haus just east of Beachwood in Chagrin Falls. The Ski & Sport Haus offers ski and snowboard rentals for travelers hitting regional ski hills. Experienced skiers and snowboarders improve their skills on the slopes with ski tuneups and boot fittings from Geiger's sales professionals. Preston's H.O.P.E.
Preston's H.O.P.E is a kids' park run by the Mandel Jewish Community Center in Beachwood, Ohio. The centerpiece of this park is The Imagination Village, a series of miniature buildings and homes connected by bike trails. Preston's H.O.P.E features a Water and Sand play area where kids build sand castles, slide into sand pits and play in the Dinosaur Dig area. The Play Theater features a stage and outline of a castle where kids put on plays for their parents.
