Howard County, Maryland is a bedroom community of both Baltimore and Washington. Interstate 95 bisects Howard County, making it a critical transition point for East Coast highway traffic. Bob Evans operates two restaurants in Howard County. The Ellicott City Bob Evans fronts the MD 100 and Executive Park Drive interchange. Further east, Columbia's Bob Evans operates off the MD 175 exits from Interstate 95. Both locations are five miles southwest of Rockburn Branch Park and the Patapsco River.

Bob Evans prides itself on serving large helpings of breakfast foods throughout its business operating hours. You may begin your day with Quaker oatmeal or grits. Next, Bob Evans restaurant offers boburritos, or breakfast burritos, with ham, cheese, bacon and bell peppers. Double T Diner

Double T Diner accommodates guests off U.S. Route 40/Baltimore National Pike, between the Interstate 70 and Route 29 exits in Ellicott City. This restaurant operates two miles south of Patapsco Valley State Park.

Double T Diner overlooks Route 40 with 1950s art deco architecture--characterized by its chrome finishes and neon lights. Inside, your breakfast menu is categorized into pancakes and waffles, eggs and baked offerings. Pancakes may be prepared with chocolate chips, blueberries or strawberries. Egg dishes include corned beef hash and Greek omelets. Greek omelets are served with feta cheese, tomatoes and onions. For baked goods, Double T Diner serves English muffins, bagels, Danishes and marble cake. Complete your breakfast with hot chocolate, herbal tea or one glass of orange juice.

Frank's Diner

Frank's Diner overlooks U.S. Route 1 in Jessup to serve breakfast throughout the day. Frank's Route 1 location is directly east off the MD 175 exits from Interstate 95. This establishment is convenient for local Baltimore-Washington commuters and out-of-town guests making the connection to Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI).

Frank's Diner is the former Olympia Diner of Carney's Point, New Jersey. Olympia Diner was actually purchased and moved to Jessup by its current owners, Frank and Linda Davis in 1995. The original 1959 structure was refurbished in 2005 to embellish its classic American appeal---with stainless steel, vinyl booths and working jukeboxes. House specialties include sausage gravy, homemade biscuits, strawberry-topped waffles and two-layer cakes.
