Leisure Lake Resort

This is a family-oriented RV resort and campground located in nearby Joliet. There are two man-made lakes on the property; one is a 24-acre, stocked fishing lake and the other is a 2-acre, sand-bottomed swimming lake. The resort offers organized activities including dances and live music. You can either bring your own RV or tent or rent one from the resort. A convenience store selling fishing supplies and sundry items is located on site.

Empress Hotel and Casino Joliet

The Empress offers a variety of services for travelers. Room and suites are available in the main building, and full-service RV hookups are located on site as well. All guest rooms come with satellite TV and high-speed Internet. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool for guests to use. In addition, all guests receive a complimentary continental breakfast. Guess can choose to dine in at either the all-day buffet or grab a snack at the Take Two Deli. The Empress casino offers two stories of gaming tables, including live poker and a wide variety of slot machines. The casino offers a VIP lounge complete with buffet, leather couches and a dining area. The casino is equipped with flat screen televisions showing a variety of sporting events. The casino is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. daily.

Harrah's Joliet

Harrah's is located on the banks of the Des Plaines River in downtown Joliet. All rooms come with a coffee maker, refrigerator, satellite TV and wireless Internet. The hotel offers a fitness center, complimentary parking and concierge services. A convenience store and a gift shop are located on-site. The casino is located right next door. There are 3 restaurants on-site, in addition to a Starbucks. The hotel also features Reserve, a steakhouse, Ace's Diner, an old-fashioned hamburger joint, and the Union Station Buffet. This resort is for adults only, as no one under 21 is allowed.

Aloft Bolingbrook

Aloft Bolingbrook is part of Starwood Hotels and Resorts. It is located in downtown Bolingbrook and is within walking distance from open-air shopping and close to Macy's, IKEA and the Arena Auto Auction golf. Guestrooms are designed with 9-foot ceilings and over-sized windows. The decor is modern-chic, with streamlined storage areas and a signature platform bed. High-speed Internet connection is standard with all rooms, as is a 42" flat screen TV with cable, a workspace with an ergonomic work chair and a mini-fridge.
