While Dover's Vietnamese restaurant options may be limited, there are several other choices within easy driving range. These eateries can serve as yet another excuse to get out and explore some of the state's outdoor attractions, from Brandywine Creek to Lums Pond State Park. If you opt to get your pho fix outside Dover, consider hitting the Middle Run or Swamp Forest biking trails on your way north from Dover, combining quality outdoor time with a chance to sample some authentic Vietnamese food.

Viet Kieu Restaurant

Denver's original authentic Vietnamese restaurant also happens to be its only one. Fortunately, its menu features a variety of Vietnamese favorites, from spring rolls, won tons, satays, pork ribs and a range of pho dishes to a seafood selection that includes grilled Mahi Mahi and sauteed shrimp and scallops. Customers generally receive a warm welcome from both friendly staff as well as fresh, warm hand cloths. This small restaurant has low-key decor but a clean, attractive environment. It opens for lunch and dinner everyday except Monday.
