The Seven Seas Chinese Restaurant, which specializes in seafood dishes, serves Chinese cuisines, as well as sushi. The restaurant uses Mandarin wok cooking methods to prepare its dishes, which include lamb with cilantro, Chinese barbeque ribs, fish steamed with hot sauce, shrimp with lobster sauce and jellyfish salad. The sushi menu includes cucumber rolls, futo maki, yellow tail rolls and shrimp tempura rolls, to name a few. Guests who still have room for dessert can enjoy ice cream or purple rice pudding.
