Jimmyz Original Hibachi House

Chef and owner Jimmy Miller cooks dishes in the traditional hibachi style, with many of them inspired by his Korean heritage. After selling his first restaurant, Chef Miller worked at nearby Ichiro's for a while before opening the new Jimmyz in July 2009. Johanna Wilson of "The Sun News" wrote that, "People are happy that [Miller] is back doing hibachi his way." Only the freshest ingredients are used, including AAA-rated USDA prime beef. Despite the quality that goes into the food, the prices are affordable. The extensive menu includes a variety of appetizers, hibachi wraps, Asian pockets, soups, salads, sides, Yakitori, sushi, veggie, noodle and rice bowls as well as entrees. The hibachi entrees are available in a variety of seafood, beef and chicken and include fried rice and grilled vegetables.
