Built to honor those who died and those who served, the Soldiers Field Veterans Memorial features graphics from the Civil War to the Gulf War. It has 35-foot granite walls and a 12-by-50-foot main wall. The memorial has numerous statues, including one of a nurse and medic treating a wounded soldier. Fifty trees are also located at the site.
