The Minturn Inn
The Minturn Inn, is a completely refurbished 1915 log cabin, located on historic Main Street in Minturn, Colorado, just eight miles south of Vail. It was originally built as a residence for the McBreens, a railroad family. In 1995, it was renovated into a nine-bedroom bed and breakfast with rooms that feature log beds, down comforters and quilts, antler chandeliers and river rock fireplaces. A full hot breakfast is served each morning. In 2000, a sister property called the River Lodge was built just across the back alley from the Inn. The Lodge sits right by the Eagle River and offers views of Vail Mountain.
