Avon Heritage Duct Tape Festival

Since 2004, Avon has hosted the annual Duct Tape Festival. The festival is held each summer in Avon's Veteran's Memorial Park. This quirky, three-day event showcases artistic creations made completely of colorful duct tape. Everything from sculptures to clothes are on display at the festival site, with awards going to the top designs. A parade is held as part of the family-friendly celebration, which is also a tribute to the city of Avon, where Duck brand duct tape originated.
