Each of the nine unique suites is equipped with a TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet access, air conditioning and a private bath. In addition, the Grand Suite, Champlain Room and Albert's Room feature wood-burning fireplaces and whirlpool or claw-footed tubs. The Lilac Inn offers a three-course gourmet breakfast of bacon and eggs, fresh fruit, pancakes and Vermont maple syrup every morning. Brandon Motor Lodge is a family owned and operated motel situated on 15 acres of farmland at the base of the Green Mountains. Welcoming pets of all shapes and sizes for no additional charge, the motel offers outdoor swimming, hammock napping, deluxe and economical accommodations. Economy rooms feature one queen bed, satellite TV with complimentary movie channels, cross ventilation, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, a direct-dial telephone, shower, hairdryer and clock radio alarm. Deluxe rooms feature one king or two double beds, a combination tub and shower, refrigerator, microwave, clock radio alarm and wake-up service.

Cozy Cottages welcomes small pets only for a small additional fee, with a maximum of two pets per cottage. All pets must be well-behaved, on leash outdoors and crated when left alone indoors. Cozy Cottages is comprised of 20 private cabins amidst a maple and pine tree grove. Each cabin comes equipped with a cable TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and central heating. In addition, some cabins feature wood burning fireplaces and air conditioning. Wireless Internet access is available in the common area. Activities include outdoor swimming, basketball, horseshoes and shuffleboard.
