Seoul Express is the go-to restaurant for fast Korean food on a budget. With specialties like buk-uh soup (seafood stew), ddok pokki (spiced noodles), California rolls and bi bim bap (vegetables and rice) there's something for everyone on the menu, especially healthy eaters. The one drawback: The restaurant only serves lunch. Still, it's a local favorite.

Hyun's Korean Restaurant

This traditional Korean restaurant offers buffet-style dining for customers and large groups. The spiced chicken and rice, sweet tea and barbeque are all customer favorites. Hyun's also holds banquets of up to 80 people and features an attractive, traditionally decorated dining room.

In business for more than 20 years, the eatery boasts home-cooked specialties like yaki mandu (egg roll with ground pork) and spicy octopus soup. For authentic Korean cuisine, look no further.

This minimalist upscale Korean eatery has become a recent favorite among Huntsville's residents since its opening in early 2010. Though more tailored to the appetites of meat lovers, the menu also offers cold appetizers like cucumber salad and kimchi (pickled vegetables with seasonings). Located on Huntsville's famous Jordan Lane in the heart of its international district, Garam is a welcome newcomer in a neighborhood of diverse cultures and cuisines.
