Tea is the second most popular beverage in the world--it is second only to water, according to TeaUSA.org. Tea provides antioxidants, which "may protect cells from the damage caused by unstable molecules known as free radicals," according to Cancer.gov. "Free radical damage may lead to cancer." Antioxidants "may prevent some of the damage free radicals might otherwise cause." Atlanta offers visitors and residents cozy tea rooms, each of which serves an extensive array of teas.
