The small town of Pacific Beach, Washington, which sits between Moclips and Copalis Beach on the Washington coast, was founded by Henry Blodgett, a hunter and trapper in 1863. Ocean Crest Resort lies secluded in a forest by the Pacific Ocean in Moclips, Washington, about 3 miles north of Pacific Beach. Most studios, large studios, and one- and two-bedroom apartments boast a view and the sound of a roaring ocean. The large studio includes a balcony, ocean view, fireplace, microwave and mini-refrigerator. The one-bedroom apartment has separate living and bedroom areas, fireplace and a kitchen. A two-bedroom apartment includes a full kitchen, fireplace and preference of ocean view.

Serving Northwest cuisine with ocean views overlooking Sunset Beach and the Pacific Ocean, chefs cook up seasonal offerings, such as Quinault River Blueback Salmon (spring and early summer), Willapa Bay Oysters from Oregon and Pacific Razor Clams.

The 24-hour recreation facility offers an exercise room, sauna, indoor heated pool and hot tub, and a professional massage therapist is available upon request. The resort also offers a children's outdoor play area.

Quinault Beach Resort & Casino, a beach-front resort, is located in Ocean Shores, Washington, approximately 14 miles south of Pacific Beach.
