Bethlehem is a town in the northwestern region of New Hampshire, within the White Mountain National Forest. The nearby Strawberry Hill and Cushman State Forest provide much of the outdoor recreation for tourists; however, visitors wishing to grab a bite to eat before hitting the trails should consider one of Bethlehem's popular breakfast restaurants.

Adair Country Inn & Restaurant

Adair Country Inn is near the heart of Bethlehem. This country restaurant is adjacent to a hotel, and guests are welcome to use all the hotel amenities while waiting for service. The restaurant's breakfast buffet serves maple sausages, fresh eggs, cured bacon, yogurt, granola and fresh fruit. Guests have the option of choosing between several drinks such as coffee, tea, milk and fruit juice. Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.

Riverview Restaurant

Riverview Restaurant is on the first floor of the Wayside Inn. The Ammonoosuc River runs beside the hotel, providing visitors with an amazing countryside view while dining. The executive chef, Victor Hofmann, prepares a hot New Hampshire breakfast each morning that includes blueberry pancakes, omelets, sausage links, fresh fruit, bacon and toast.

Bear Mountain Lodge

Bear Mountain Lodge Bed and Breakfast serves breakfast every morning from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. The lodge features an inside dining area and an outdoor deck, which offers a beautiful view of Mount Washington. Breakfast appetizers start with a fresh fruit course and yogurt parfaits. Entrée items include warm raspberry streusel muffins, orange challah French toast, lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes and poached eggs on grilled polenta.
