The Butcher Shop Steakhouse is located across the street from the Knoxville Museum of Art. For over 20 years, this restaurant has served hickory-smoked open-pit barbeque and steaks. Entrée items include Atlantic salmon, grilled pork chops and grilled skewered shrimp. The restaurant has several steak dishes from six-ounce filet mignon to 25-ounce T-bones. Reservations are recommended for large parties. The atmosphere is casual and so is the dress code. Jackets are not necessary.
