Chinese Restaurants in Dallas, Texas That Deliver

Its been a tiring couple of days in Dallas. After a day out cycling through the Texas countryside, you decided to take it easy and just hang out on Lake Lewisville. After a day on the lake or on a bike the thought of driving on the freeway for a bite to eat just does not sound like your idea of fun. Howard Wang's China Grill

Howard Wang's China Grill's delivery area is limited to the area around the restaurant just west of the Tollway near Love Field. Start your order with Dim-Sum style appetizers of pot stickers or steamed vegetarian dumplings before moving on to the main course. The mango chicken with candied walnuts or Beijing style duck are local favorites. A variety of soups and salads are also available. There is a $15 minimum order for delivery and credit cards are welcome.

New China Grille

Servicing the North Dallas area near the Galleria and Valley View Mall is the New China Grille. With a menu that focuses on traditional Chinese favorites and authentic dishes, New China Grille provides classic favorites and exotic new dishes. For a true taste of Chinese dishes you may want to give the shrimp with winter melon or the pork with bean jelly a try. For the less adventurous, longtime favorites are plentiful on the menu including kung pao shrimp and chicken lo mein.

For delivery in Uptown, the MSG free Hunan Express has you covered. Hunan style favorites abound on the menu. Double cooked pork and the vegetarian Hunan delight are favorites for those who like it spicy. For the milder palate, consider the tilapia Hunan style or golden cashew chicken. If you want just a light lunch, the pork rib noodle soup and Asian chicken salad will leave you satisfied. Lunch specials are offered between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
