Mentone Cabins
Mentone Cabins has eight different hand-built cabins for rent throughout the year. Each cabin comes equipped with a barbecue on the patio, fireplace, whirlpool bathtub and hot tub on the deck. Each cabin is also fully furnished with satellite television, washer and dryer, dishwasher and kitchen appliances. As for the other amenities, each of the cabins offer a unique experience. For example, the Sweetheart's Delight has a red, heart-shaped Jacuzzi and the Sticks 'n Stones cabin has two gas fireplaces. The six other cabins can differ by their size, the amount of bathrooms, the amount of bedrooms, and by their view.
Mentone, Alabama, is also home to Cloudmont Ski and Golf Resort. Skiing, hiking, golfing and even horseback riding are available. This resort is just over half a mile from Mentone Cabins, making these cabins a great location for enjoying the outdoor activities Mentone has to offer.

Gulf State Park
Gulf State Park is located in Gulf Shores, a coastal community in Alabama. Gulf State Park has over 2 miles of beach property with trails, fishing and a tennis court. The park's 20 cabins are available for rent and are within walking distance of the on-site golf course and just over 2 miles from the beach. The rest of the cabins are located on nearby Lake Shelby. All cabins come equipped with barbecue sets, outside tables, satellite television and fully equipped kitchens with utensils and cookware. Cabins near Lake Shelby have fishing docks with cleaning stations.

Oak Mountain State Park
Oak Mountain State Park is Alabama's largest state park with 9,940 acres of land. Activities include fishing, biking trails, hiking, horseback riding and backpacking. The log cabins at Oak Mountain State Park are located by Lake Tranquility, a 28-acre lake at the base of the mountains. All 10 of the cabins are open throughout the year. Each one has one king-sized bed and two double beds, a small kitchen (fully equipped with utensils and cookware), one bathroom, a barbecue set and picnic tables. Boats are also available for those staying in the cabins. There are no telephones inside the cabins but there are public telephones located on the premises.
