The 17-hour trip from Vancouver, British Columbia, to Jasper, Alberta (the Canadian Rockies and home to Jasper National Park) may seem lengthy, but it is one of the most scenic bus/train routes in Canada. To get to Jasper, there are several choices for modes of transportation, including air travel, train and bus. Bus routes can be especially scenic and cost-effective for the traveler on a budget. There are several different options if you want to explore Canada by bus, all which offer reliable and safe transportation choices.

Canada Motorcoach (Brewster Tours)

This Mountain Resorts Express Tour through the Canadian Rockies offers independent bus tours and specialized holidays. It is a pricey, but incredibly scenic, way to explore Jasper from Vancouver. Passengers travel in a Brewster luxury motorcoach, with plenty of room and space to view the scenery. On the way to Jasper, there will be stops in the alpine resort towns of Banff and Lake Louise. The bus vacation also includes a unique experience on a glacier. In addition to stopping at several quaint towns, the bus will also stop intermittently for passengers to smell the mountain flowers.
