Smoky Bear Ranch

Near the park entrances at West Glacier and Camas Creek, the Smoky Bear Ranch is in a remote forest setting far from the crowds and traffic, but offers guests all the conveniences of a high-quality facility. Staff members will assist in finding appropriate outdoor activities for your group, including river fishing, ice skating and Nordic skiing.

The Grizzly Cabin has four bedrooms and two baths, a full kitchen, laundry facilities and can sleep up to 12 people, while Little Bear Cabin offers one loft bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchenette and can sleep up to six people. Cabins offer free Wi-Fi.

Glacier Trailhead Cabins

These cabins are two miles north of St. Mary, Montana, just outside the eastern entrance to the park, and offer guests a convenient base for hiking, trout fishing, wildlife photography, sightseeing or other activities.

The no-frills cabins are smoke-free and don't allow pets. While there are no TVs or phones in the cabins, the office provides emergency phone access and a message board. Cabins come with a dining table, small refrigerator and microwave. The nearby picnic shelter houses a full kitchen and contains supplies such as silverware and dishes.

East Glacier Motel and Cabins

Set among pines on the east side of the park and 32 miles south of St. Mary is the East Glacier Motel and Cabins, which has 11 cabins. Each cabin includes a shower, double beds and kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, sink service and table service.

Outside of the cabins is a social area with a large fire pit and picnic benches. Stock up your supplies at the nearby grocery store or grab a bite to eat at the full-service restaurant across the street.
