Charlie Kang's Chinese Restaurant

Charlie Kang's Chinese Restaurant offers a large menu of Chinese and Korean cuisine. Although not a fine dining restaurant, Charlie Kang's does offer dine-in, take-out or delivery options. Charlie Kang's offers traditional Chinese dishes such as cashew chicken and beef with broccoli, as well as some more unusual choices. These include Snow White Chicken, which is chicken in a light sauce with peapods, cauliflower, mushrooms, zucchini, bamboo shoots and other vegetables and oyster sauce beef, a dish that includes beef, peapods, broccoli, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, onions and carrots stir fried in oyster sauce. Charlie Kang's caters to special diets and offers 13 vegetarian dishes. In addition to Chinese specialties, Charlie Kang's menu boasts 26 Korean dishes, such as their Bulgogi, the house specialty of beef and onions in a Korean sauce, and squid stir fry with shredded vegetables.

Chinese Family Buffet

The lunch and dinner buffet at Chinese Family Buffet spans three large hot-tables. Their specialties include hot and sour soup, chicken teriyaki, General Tso's chicken, sesame chicken and lo mein. Crab legs and other seafood dishes are available for dinner and weekend buffets. A dessert spread is available with each buffet.

Golden Wok

Golden Wok offers traditional Chinese dishes and appetizers such as chop suey, orange chicken and Happy Family. Golden Wok's full menu includes 11 appetizers like egg rolls and dumplings, but also includes chicken nuggets to please children who have not acquired a taste for Chinese cuisine. The menu also boasts 20 chef's specialties, 19 combination platters served with fried rice and egg roll, and 54 lunch specialties served from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. Vegetarian diners are given a choice of nine specialty vegetarian dishes, but all dishes can be prepared to diet specifications. A traditional dim sum lunch is served every Saturday, in which diners choose dishes off a cart that waitresses push around the dining room. Reservations are not required for the dining room.
