Shady Cove Cabins
Shady Cove Cabins sits on the shores of Lake Schafer in nearby Monticello, Indiana. The grounds feature docks that allow its guests to fish, swim or park a boat with minimal effort. Indiana Beach is nearby, allowing for plenty of additional swimming, fishing and horseback riding opportunities. Each of the six cabins features wireless Internet, cable television and outdoor decks. Each cabin sleeps four guests and pets are not allowed. The facility is closed during the winter months.

Cabins and Candlelight largely caters to couples looking for a weekend getaway. Bird-watching, fishing and walks by a pleasant creek are some of the outdoor activities available to guests. You also can explore the 30 acres where the two cabins are situated. The cabins features a large stone fireplace, a whirlpool bath, an entertainment center, a screened porch and kitchen that comes stocked with breakfast food. Yogi Bear Jellystone Park
Outside of Lafayette, you will find this park dedicated to family fun. At Jellystone, swimming, fishing, biking playgrounds, mini-golf, volleyball, and hiking are available for families to enjoy. Two levels of cabins are available to rent. The rustic cabins lack modern amenities and share bathrooms outside the house. They do have fire pits and picnic tables. The full-service cabins have bathrooms, kitchenettes, air-conditioning, and cable television.
