Located in the scenic Pacific Northwest lies Vancouver, Washington which is close to many opportunities for RV camping trips. RVers enjoy the comfort of traveling and camping by motor home and the chance to meet others who enjoy the same style of camping. To serve RV campers, several RV camping clubs operate both in Vancouver, Washington and in the state, including members from all regions of the state of Washington. RVers who join camping clubs meet new friends and discover new campgrounds.

Fort Vancouver Good Sams

The Fort Vancouver Good Sams is one of the many Washington state chapters of the national Good Sam Club. Promoted as "the world's largest RV owners community," this RV club connects RV enthusiasts from around the world and offers many benefits to the members such as RV insurance and discounts at hundreds of RV parks and campgrounds.

As a member of the local Vancouver, Washington chapter, members not only get to know local RV owners, but also enjoy access to the activities of the Washington state Good Sam division. These include charitable events and yearly campouts that include all members of Washington state chapters.

Wash-I-Bagos

Founded in 1975 the Wash-I-Bagos is one of the oldest of the state chapters of the Winnebago-Itasca Travelers, a national RV club. Residents from all over Washington State are eligible for membership. The Washington state chapter sponsors a yearly rally at a local fairground. This multi-day event includes informational talks, product and manufacturer booths and other fun fair type activates such as rides and live music. The national club also invites members to a yearly national rally. To join print and mail the application, which is available on their website with the membership dues. Yearly membership dues are reasonable.

Escapees RV Club Chapter #5 Evergreen

The Evergreen chapter of the Escapees RV club encompasses the entire state of Washington. Like other RV clubs, this Escapees chapter holds several local RV rallies throughout the year. The group also gets together for monthly luncheons and brunches. The national parent organization Escapees RV Club's big yearly event is the Escapades, which according to the web site is a "five-day, fun-filled, jam-packed event geared to educate and entertain RVers." To join the Washington chapter of Escapees mail the $10 membership fee and your contact information to the Chapter #5 address.
