Shellbrook, located in Saskatchewan, Canada, is an outdoor lover's paradise. Surrounded by a mix of aspen and boreal forests, the community provides visitors with a wide variety of options for hiking, biking, walking, canoeing and fishing. Farms dot the countryside and there are opportunities to try the area's fresh produce when in season. Shellbrook is also within easy drive to the much larger city of Prince Albert.

Land of the Loon Resort and Conference Centre

Land of the Loon Resort and Conference Centre has been serving Shellbrook visitors for over 35 years. The hotel, located near Anglin Lake, has four different unit types ranging from private log chalets to studio rooms. All rooms are equipped with fireplaces, en suite bath facilities and either a full kitchen or kitchenette. Most rooms have a view of the lake. An on-site restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Within a short drive of Shellbrook, Bear Tracks offers guests the use of rustic cabins that are outfitted with two double beds, a refrigerator, wood floors and heat. Cabins do not have bathroom facilities or showers; however, there is a nearby bathhouse for guest use. High-speed Internet service is available.
