San Miguel de Allende is in the central Mexican state of Guanajuato and one of the oldest towns in Mexico. Casa de la Cuesta serves breakfast in the house dining room between 9-10 a.m. daily. The offerings are typical Mexican cuisine and include traditional dishes such as huevos rancheros and enchiladas, among others. The house also accommodates special diets with advance notice.

Casa Puesta del Sol

Casa Puesta del Sol is a bed and breakfast that sits atop the hills over San Miguel de Allende. The house has four rooms and two suites whose prices range from $115 to $275 per night and $50 per night for extra beds. Prices include taxes and breakfast. To reserve a room, Casa Puesta del Sol requires guests to pay a 50 percent deposit in advance.

Guests may take advantage of several specialty services including country club privileges, massages, transportation to and from the airport, Spanish language lessons, and tours of San Miguel de Allende. Casa Puesta del Sol also provides free phone calls to the U.S. and Canada.

Antigua Capilla

Antigua Capilla is a Spanish colonial style bed and breakfast with eight rooms ranging in price from $150 to $200 per night. The house's living room and roof terrace have clear views of the city center in San Miguel de Allende. Each room includes breakfast, a gas fireplace, private bathroom, flat screen television, iPod docking stations, and wired and wireless internet access. Breakfast is made fresh daily from local fruits, vegetables, and other foods. In-room services include one hour long deep tissue or Swedish massages for $70 per person. Antigue Capilla is a short walk to the city center, the San Miguel Square and the popular artisan market.
