Sebastian, Florida, is an old fishing village located on the east coast, about halfway between Melbourne and Vero Beach. Sportsman's Lodge

The Sportsman's Lodge offers one bedroom apartments and fully equipped efficiency units, and the lodge is pet friendly. There is a well-lit dock for night fishing right from the lodge. Very close to Sebastian Inlet state park and all that it has to offer, but also with plenty to do right on the grounds. The lodge has its own marina on the Indian River, and a new swimming pool for guests as well as a covered pavilion and grills for cooking a great meal and sipping a glass of wine and having dinner right at the water's edge.

Ferndale Lodge

The Ferndale Lodge offers "Old Florida" style accommodations on the Indian River in Sebastian. The Lodge has a 250-foot pier, and free docking for guests who'd like to bring their boats. The rooms are one bedroom non-smoking efficiencies, located on 2 acres of wooded, waterfront property. Each unit contains a kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator, a choice of bed sizes and a great view. With hammocks, picnic tables, swings, and grills available, the property is relaxing. If you'd like to canoe to some of the small uninhabited islands you can see from the lodge, the lodge will loan you a canoe.
