The major attraction in Camuy, Puerto Rico is the Rio Camuy Cave Park, home of the world's third-largest cave system. While the park has hiking trails, picnic areas and food facilities, you will need to stay at a hotel. There are several options within 12 miles of Camuy that will fit most budgets, with the cheapest double rooms starting at $75. Hotels near Camuy also offer many exciting outdoor activities on-site and close by.

Hotel Rosa Del Mar

The Hotel Rosa Del Mar is about 1 mile east of Camuy in Hatillo. The hotel has published rates of $139 for a single and $149 for double rooms on the ocean side, and $119 single, $129 double for mountain view rooms. These rates are effective through December 31, 2010, but are subject to change. There is also a 9% government tax, and a $20 fee per adult per night for an extra adult or bed.

On-site amenities include a fitness center, spa, business boardrooms and meeting rooms, room service, and a restaurant and bar with live music and international cuisine. Tennis courts and running tracks are also within walking distance of the hotel.

Parador Vistamar

The Parador Vistamar is a hillside hotel located 6 miles west of Camuy in Quebradillas. In addition to being close to Rio Camuy Cave Park, other nearby attractions include trail hiking in the Guajataka Forest, canoeing, fishing, camping, surfing and water sports. On-site amenities include pools, a tennis court, and restaurant and cocktail lounge. The hotel has 55 guest rooms all equipped with air conditioning, cable television and telephone. The standard double room rate is $75, a deluxe ocean view room is $95 and for a VIP ocean view room the rate is $105.

Villa Montana Beach Resort Hotel

Villa Montana Beach Resort Hotel is located 12 miles west of Camuy, and boasts 35 acres of greenery and 3 miles of deserted beach. Activities at the resort include surfing, wind surfing, kite surfing, scuba, snorkel, kayak, tennis, wall-climbing, beach fishing, biking and running trails.

Accommodations include family & friends villas, hotel rooms and villa studio suites. The summer base rate for the hotel's most affordable room starts at $137, and many packages and specials are available.
