Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio, is located on the shore of Lake Erie, and has a number of hotels that are within easy reach of the local attractions. Geneva State Park is a great place for visitors to enjoy hiking, cross country skiing, swimming, boating, camping and picnicking. Golfers can pick from Geneva-on-the-Lake Golf Course or Deer Lake Golf Course. There are also two nearby museums for those interested in learning about local history; the Jennie Munger Gregory Museum and the Great Lakes Marine and Coast Guard Memorial Museum.

The Lodge at Geneva on the Lake

The Lodge is next to Geneva State Park and has eight different types of room for a total of 109 guest rooms, nine of which are pet-friendly. All rooms have cable television and high speed Internet access. Mini-fridges, microwaves, cribs and roll-away beds are available upon request. Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a game room, a fitness center, horse shoe courts, over 8,500 feet of flexible conference space, two on-site restaurants, a vintage wine tasting room and a massage therapy room. The Lodge is next door to Geneva State Park, one mile from Geneva-on-the-Lake Golf Course and two miles from Deer Lake Golf Course. The Jennie Munger Gregory Museum is approximately one half mile from the hotel, while the Great Lakes Marine and Coast Guard Memorial Museum is nine and a half miles away.

Lakehouse Inn & Winery

The Lakehouse Inn is a bed and breakfast with five rooms, three suites, three cottages and a beach house. All rooms at the Lakehouse Inn have a private bath, while all suites come equipped with cable television, fireplace, Jacuzzi, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The cottages have two bedrooms, cable television and DVD players, telephones, gas stoves, microwaves and refrigerators, and all three cottages share a screened porch. The beach house has a bedroom, a separate living and dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a two-person Jacuzzi that overlooks Lake Erie. Amenities include an on-site winery, and restaurant, multiple patios and wireless high speed Internet access throughout. The Lakehouse Inn is one mile from Geneva State Park, one half mile from Geneva-on-the-Lake Golf Course, and approximately two miles from the Deer Lake Golf Course.

Anchor Motel and Cottages

All accommodations at the Anchor Motel and Cottages are nonsmoking and come equipped with air conditioning, cable television, refrigerator and microwave. The cottages also have a sofa bed, a chair, and come equipped with linens, silverware, and dishes. Amenities include a gazebo, BBQ grills, and a shaded picnic area. The Anchor Motel is two miles from Geneva State Park, one half mile from both the Jennie Munger Gregory Museum and the Geneva-on-the-Lake Golf Course, and approximately three miles from the Deer Lake Golf Course.
