Senor Pancho's is a chain with restaurants that span the state of Connecticut. The restaurant has "Tex-Mex" fare, combining aspects of Mexican food as well as food featured in Texas. One of the recommended starters from the menu is the "loaded nachos." Here, the tortilla chips are covered in spicy chicken, sour cream salsa and cilantro.
