Senor Pancho's is a chain with restaurants that span the state of Connecticut. The restaurant has "Tex-Mex" fare, combining aspects of Mexican food as well as food featured in Texas. One of the favorites from the menu are the "baja fish tacos," which are beer battered fish with cabbage and lime wrapped in flour tortillas. Those in the mood to drink have over 30 margaritas to choose from with flavors ranging from sweet to tart. Another entree of note is the "pollo en salsa verde." It's chicken breast cooked in a spicy green sauce made from tomatillos and chiles.

Chili's is a national chain with restaurants throughout the United States. It's known for combining elements of American and Mexican cuisine. One of the recommended starters from the menu is the "loaded nachos." Here, the tortilla chips are covered in spicy chicken, sour cream salsa and cilantro. The dinner menu also has the "southwestern quesadillas." These quesadillas matched with cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo sauce. Customers can also opt to order their "to go" meals online for pickup.

La Boca

La Boca is a traditional Mexican restaurant that combines the elements of a cantina (bar) and a restaurant. One of the the entrees of note is the "chile relleno," which is a roasted poblano pepper stuffed with chicken and cheese, dipped in batter, lightly fried and then covered with salsa. Guests can choose a sit-down dinner or order their food to go. La Boca also offers live entertainment at night by local bands and singers.They also cater both large and small events.
