Inn at Northrup Station
In northwest Portland, by the Alphabet District, is the Inn at Northrup Station. Built in the 1970s, the hotel has been converted into a brightly colored, Art Deco-style facility. Each room has been individually decorated, so each stay can be a new experience. There are two types of rooms, a junior and a deluxe suite. The roof has been converted to a patio area for outside dining and relaxation. The Inn is next to a stop for the trolley that takes passengers to the trendy 23rd Street section of Portland, as well as the Pearl District and Pioneer Square.
