Order a variety of soul food cooked to order, such as half of a fried, baked or barbecued chicken or country-style steak, meatloaf and barbecued beef ribs. Pork dishes include chitterlings, pigs feet and smothered or fried pork chops.

Order sandwiches during your visit made with trout or whiting fillet, pork chops, minced barbecue pork or salmon cake.
