The High Shores is the prototype of a true Wisconsin supper club. It is a friendly place where the bartenders can make every conceivable drink. As for dinner, the prime rib is always a winner and you can't go wrong ordering the garlic chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Also on the menu is chicken cordon bleu, a breast stuffed with ham and cheese that's lightly breaded and served with rice pilaf. It also serves alligator that has been marinaded and either broiled or deep fried Cajun-style.
