Nestled amid the abundant vineyards of Sonoma County, Windsor, California was first settled it 1852 but remained unincorporated until 1992. Take a canoe or kayak out on the Russian River, spend the day at one of the local wineries, hike along the banks of the river or bike local valley trails, like the one along Westside Road, before settling in for a night of deep sleep at one of the area's many cottages.

Windrose Romantic Cottages
