Located on the west coast of Florida, Sarasota lies between Tampa and Ft. Myers. With 35 miles of beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico, there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun. The Sandpiper Beach Club has 26 condominiums, all with views of the gulf. Each has two bedrooms and two baths and can sleep up to six people. The condo comes with a full kitchen and separate dining room and living space. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and a whirlpool tub, and the guest room has two double beds. The units come with a washer and dryer, TVs, and a telephone. The resort also offers a swimming pool, hot tub, game room and tennis court. The local attractions include the Shelby Botanical Gardens, the Sarasota Jungle Gardens and deep-sea fishing. Rentals are available locally for parasailing, boating and jet skiing.

Tivoli by the Sea

This resort offers 35 condominiums on six floors. Each has a 26-foot balcony with a view of the Gulf, two bedrooms and two baths. The units are fully equipped with all the comforts of home, such as kitchens, washers and dryers and wall-to-wall carpet. The resort has a heated swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, picnic area with a grill, game room with ping-pong and a putting green. Activities available to guests include swimming, boating, walking the beach and fishing. Guests of the resort have a private beach access as well as access to the public beach and playground.

The Palm Bay Club

This resort offers three different locations on the property in which to stay: the Grand Tower, Club Suites and Bayside Suites. The 11-story Grand Tower offers one to three bedrooms with gulf views and quick access to the swimming pool, beach, tennis courts and picnic areas. The Club Suites are centrally located on the property between the gulf and the Intercoastal waterway and offer one to two bedrooms on three floors. The Bayside Suites, located on the Intercoastal waterway, offer one to three bedrooms on three floors. Bayside Suites also offers a private heated pool with a spa and a boat dock. Each room comes with fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, DVD players and wireless Internet. The amenities on the property include two heated pools, a large hot tub overlooking Serene Bay, fitness center, tennis courts, boat dock, fishing pier, private beach and game room. Local rentals are available and include boat rentals and deep-sea fishing charters.
