Adare Manor Golf Club
Adare Manor Golf Club is an Irish woodland course that wraps around the ruins of a Franciscan abbey. An ancient graveyard and the Desmond Castle, which formed the abbey, come into play on the back nine of the course. Narrow fairways lined with oak trees and bushes put a premium on making accurate shots on the par 70 course. Ponds, streams and bunkers come into play on some of the holes on the 5,764-yard course. Golfers are required to wear golf shoes at all times while at the golf course. Denim jeans, shorts and sleeveless shirts are not allowed.

Adare Pitch and Putt
The 18-hole Adare Pitch and Putt course is located in the middle of the village. The course is governed by the Pitch and Putt Union of Ireland. Among the rules instituted by the Pitch and Putt Union is the requirement that a player may use two clubs, with one being a putter. This short course is a good option for a more casual game, or for families to enjoy together. Clubs are available for rental or you may bring your own.
