Cheap Hotels Near Bridgeton, New Jersey

Bridgeton, New Jersey, is about 50 miles west of Atlantic City and about a 50-minute drive north to Wilmington Delaware. According to the 2000 census, almost 23,000 people live there. See Patter's Tavern where locals met during the Revolutionary War and produced the first issue of the local newspaper, The Plain Dealer. You can also see the Old Broad Street Presbyterian Church Cemetery with headstones for six United States congressmen and a New Jersey governor. There are no hotels in Bridgeton but you'll find many inexpensive places to stay in nearby Vineland, about 12 miles away.
