Osetra
Osetra serves a variety of dishes, maintaining emphasis on seafood throughout the menu. For drinks and light appetizers, the restaurant features a raw bar. Full lunch and dinner menus are also available for a more complete meal. Osetra chef (and owner) David Nevins only uses fresh ingredients. Therefore, menus are apt to change semi-frequently, based on which ingredients and fish are in season and readily available. A special Sunday Brunch menu is available every Sunday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Strada 18
Strada 18 serves pizza, wines and other Italian fare in a casual setting. For lunch, diners can choose from the padine, or Italian flatbread sandwich, menu. Options include a mozzarella padine, a blackened shrimp padine and a grilled leg of lamb padine. The dinner menu consists of a variety of traditional Italian dishes, such as veal bolognese, vegetable lasagna, focaccia sandwiches and, of course, an extensive list of pizza choices. For the more health-conscious pizza eaters, all pizzas can be made with whole wheat crust.

The Ginger Man
Founded in 2007, the Norwalk location of The Ginger Man serves many domestic and international beers (bottled and draught) alongside traditional, yet upscale, pub fare. Employees are well-educated in beer-food pairings and can offer advice and tips on the subject. Each month, The Ginger Man offers a five-course, five-beer prix fixe beer dinner. These dinners feature beers from a particular brewery or importer, which are paired appropriately with each course.
