Community Recreation
The Florham Park Recreational Department offers children's activities year-round. Adolescent/teen cheerleading, tennis and lacrosse (for grades three through eight only) are offered through the Florham Park District. Fall cheerleading registration usually takes place in early April at the community center. Parents must fill out a registration form and order uniform and equipment for their child to participate.

Summer Camp
The Florham Park Recreation Department has a summer day camp program for children and teens. The Teen Summer Experience, which takes place from June to August offers enriching self-esteem boosting workshops, sport and recreational activities and community field trips. The children's Kiddie Kamp offers fun physical activities, arts, crafts and learning field trips. The Kiddie Kamp usually begins in the second week of August. Registration fees apply for both camps.

Imagine That! Children's Museum
The Imagine That! Children's Museum is an interactive learning play land that encourages children ages three- to 10-years-old to discover and explore more than 50 unique exhibits that are geared towards stimulating children's minds. Feature exhibits are the dance studio, where children can learn tap dancing and classical ballet moves, an art center that allows children to paint and sculpt and science exhibits like fossil digs and magnet experiments. The museum also features toys from around the world. The museum also hosts children birthday parties (and welcomes group field trips). As of 2010, admission fees are $9.95 for children and $7 for adults (infants under one year are admitted free).
