The Friendly Cup is a cozy place where you can order a cup of coffee, a caffeinated drink or a cup of hot chocolate and enjoy the river view. Flavorings like pumpkin spice, hazelnut and chocolate are available to add to any drink. Other drinks include smoothies, milkshakes and dozens of bubble teas. Canoe on the Run
Canoe on the Run, located near the public park access and uphill from the lake, opens at 8 a.m. The place has a relaxed ambiance and is very bright, thanks to the humongous windows. The restaurant makes fair-priced caffeinated beverages, salads, soups and desserts. Many of the goods are homemade including the restaurant's specialty granola. Breakfast burritos and scones are also available in the morning.
