The Melting Pot
The Melting Pot in Annapolis, Maryland, offers a chance for guests to relax and enjoy a meal, which on average takes between one and two hours for a full four courses. The first course starts with a choice of cheese fondues. These include six choices using Swiss, cheddar and Fontina cheeses along with additional ingredients such as beer, salsa and seasonings. There is also a specialty cheese dish offered that rotates seasonally. Bread and vegetables are offered to dip in the cheese, with tortilla chips being an option as well with the fiesta cheese fondue. Salads are the next course, with a choice of five; the black walnut vinaigrette dressing can be purchased to take home as well. Entrees of beef, chicken and seafood along with potatoes and pasta can be purchased in individual serving styles or for groups of up to four to share. Cooking styles for the fondue entrees include several types of broth as well as an oil option for deep frying. Dessert is the final course, and there are 10 different selections, with several of them changing throughout the year.

Olga's Swiss and German Restaurant
Olga's Swiss and German Restaurant is located in southern Prince George's County, just outside of Washington, DC, in the city of Clinton, Maryland. It has been a favorite of locals for German and Swiss food since 1990. The menu includes a variety of German foods including a large selection of wursts (sausages) and Jagerschnitzel. The fondue is a Swiss version with Swiss cheese served with homemade French bread for dipping. Grand Cru Wine Bar & Euro Cafe
The Grand Cru Wine Bar and Euro Cafe features fondue on both the appetizer and dessert menus, and guests frequently make a meal out of sharing the two along with wine and beer. The appetizer features Gruyere cheese and shallots, melted along with some white wine to add a little bit of sweetness to the fondue. Dippers provided include bread, but carrots and celery are available if you request them. Wine is available, as are more than 50 different beers. These wines and beers can be enjoyed with the appetizer fondue, as well as with the dark chocolate dessert fondue, which includes fruits for dipping.
